Hi Everyone,
There will be no sessions on offer for the next three weeks while I am on holidays. Ben will be taking Sarah and James’ sessions for me during that time as they prepare to take the State Champs by storm.
All going well, we will resume at Zammit Oval on Monday the 2nd of November to discuss goals for the summer track season and start some general preparation training for the QA and QLAA State Champs in February/March.
